After years of economic and social detriment, we are all about to emerge on the other side of the Covid Pandemic. If there is one thing we have all learned, it is that we CAN adapt; and we MUST adapt. Even if the world returns to "normal" we shouldn't go back to old ways of doing things.
In the spirit of innovation, DOUBELL will also do things differently. One of those changes will be the sharing of what we are doing to transform our products and services and even our markets.
Every person deserves a livelihood. Doubell is helping people to create a means of income; And is currently doing that by providing brick-making machinery.
A road map, for some people who can remember, is a paper that shows the streets, roads & highways to help a driver get to their destination. The roadmap for Doubell is something we'd like to share with you for three reasons:

This is a continual plan of action similar to a business plan; However, a business plan concerns itself with the entire business and this roadmap will focus on customer-centric enhancements (changes to the product, new products, etc.).

PRODUCTS
Planned products are about new offerings. For many products there is a workflow to follow when creating a saleable commodity out of an idea or concept. Current planned products:
BRICKS
Doubell has been making custom moulds for decades; But it's time to formalise the products so customers can be aware of the extensive range.

Ultimately, we informally offer brick moulds for all brick types. For the roadmap, we will formalise each mould with specifications and publish the product for sale as completed.

SERVICES
Customers have always had questions about business, financial calculations, building material estimations, etc. We would like to formalise these services and offer them to anyone who requires such services.
Business logo design
When starting a business, it is very important to begin with a good brand emblem. We will consider offering the service after investigating how that service might be formalised.
Feasibility study
Most customers conduct their own feasibility study or income project (possibly as part of a business plan) but many people have access to the figures and are not sure how to interpret their meaning for production. Further investigation is required, but a service like this could be beneficial.
Business planning
A more comprehensive investigation resulting in a document outlining the business development initially; and over a time period (usually a few years).
UPGRADES
Only the James Webb space telescope is perfect - everything else on earth can be improved! Our machinery will begin down this path, either improving parts or offering more alternative part solutions.

While Doubell is available worldwide (depending on logistics) we would like to formalise new markets by investigating the local needs and pairing the appropriate machinery.

BUSINESS IDEAS
The Doubell vision is to help people generate an income source. While we specialise in brick machines, it is not the only way to create an income. We would like to include business ideas in our roadmap for people to consider alternative options.
DOCUMENTATION
It might seem boring, but documentation and guides are helpful, if not necessary, to explain concepts and clarify processes; and must be translated into other languages.
